Their Challenges

Before partnering with Strattex, The House Of Green was doing well but was struggling to figure out a strategy to truly take their business to the next level. They came to the conclusion that a major pain point hindering their growth was lack of online exposure & visibility.

The House Of Green is unique in the fact that they are responsible for the cannabis they sell from start to finish. They produce some of Alaska's finest hand-crafted cannabis. They produce this award winning cannabis via their in-house cultivation side of the business registered as BAM - which stands for Bad Ass Marijuana.

However, regardless of how good the product is, they knew if they couldn't get more foot traffic through the door it would continue to be a struggle to grow. They also knew they didn't have the right tools to grow their online presence correctly, which is where the partnership with Strattex began.

Our Solutions

After discussing strategy and their goals, we knew we had to help House Of Green grow and dominate their local market if they were going to achieve their goals for growth. We jumped in and immediately implemented our HyperLocal platform. Soon after on-boarding, people began to flood through their doors and the initial results were evident.

We started by optimizing a few different aspects of their digital properties including:

  • Their website to boost organic and on-page demand generation strategies
  • Their Google My Business listing so that they would show up on google maps when people searched locally
  • Their location data by auditing, cleaning, and expanding distribution of their localized data and geo-relevance signals in the RIGHT places and in the RIGHT way.

Another big goal The House Of Green had was to bring in more tourists who were visiting Anchorage. This happened rather quickly as a by product of the increased rankings for terms like "Anchorage dispensary" and "dispensary near me" searches by users who were in their area.

Overall, increased exposure for all terms related has led to significant increases in sales and ultimately has had a huge impact at the cash register.
